Alecee Sharp grew up in Central Florida and trained at Paul Mitchell The School Orlando, where she went straight for the part of hairdressing most people avoid: the chemistry. She then built her craft behind the chair at Ulta and at Studio 312, where years of color work on every kind of hair sharpened her eye and her hands. Lightener, toner and bond builders are strong tools, and the difference between blonde that glows and blonde that snaps is knowing exactly how far each head can go on each visit.
Her specialty is dimensional blonde: foils placed for movement and depth rather than one flat shade, glazed to hold up in Florida sun and humidity, and sent home with a short list of products chosen for your water, your pool and your commute.
The compliment she hears most is that she listens. Every appointment starts with a consultation that costs nothing and ends with a written price before anything is mixed. There is no cancellation fee, by choice.
She works a few days a week at Tre Bella Salon in Longwood, serving Lake Mary and Longwood clients, taking three or four clients a week while her daughter is small, and goes full-time in spring 2027. If the calendar looks tight, that is why. Book ahead.
